ALLEN RANDALL, LEAD PASTOR
 
Allen Randall is a native Houstonian since birth called to preach at the age of 17. Licensed and Ordained Allen has dedicated his life to serving and leading others to Jesus Christ.  
 
 
Pastor Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and is a Certified Christian Counselor, Christain Chaplain and is currently in pursuit of His Masters Degree in Christian Counseling . He and his wife both counsel in the areas of grief, blended families, marriage and communication/conflict resolution. He also is the author of his published book in 2017 titled The God of All Seasons.

TAMMARA RANDALL, EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Wife, mother, and coach, She is a captivating as well as a motivating teacher and preacher known for her ability to relate and minister to people exactly where they are.  
Pastor  T has served as a licensed Minister since 2011 and is currently the Co- Pastor alongside her husband Lead Pastor Allen Randall at Impact Ministry located in Houston, Texas.
 
Tammara is a Certified Christian Counselor, Certified Christian Chaplain, Mentor & Business Coach and Author of several books to include Trusting God in the process and Impact You.
Tammara’s desire is to equip, encourage and enrich the lives of God’s people through discipleship training.
